You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the v70 support team immediately.
- Users are required to provide identity verification documents upon request by v70 management.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
- Any attempt to manipulate the system, defraud the platform, or abuse bonuses is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
V70 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of our security and compliance procedures. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in your account being suspended until the process is completed.
3. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the v70 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and the Touch 'n Go eWallet. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.
Deposits: All deposits are final and non-reversible once credited to your account. It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction details are correct before confirming any payment. v70 is not liable for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification and compliance with applicable rollover requirements. v70 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or regulatory compliance purposes. Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method.
Bonuses & Promotions: All bonuses and promotions offered by v70 are subject to their own terms and rollover requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

V70 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.
5. Account Policies, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
V70 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any suspicious activity, or upon the user's own request. If an account is closed due to a breach, remaining funds may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed for breach are not permitted to re-register using different details.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software code, and other materials on the v70 platform are the exclusive property of v70 or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform materials without express written permission from v70.
Third-Party Links
V70 may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. v70 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of such third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
